Your data may be processed and stored on servers located within India, subject to compliance with the DPDPA's provisions on cross border data transfer, if applicable.

1.3 The Company collects and processes various types of data from Seller(s), Purchaser(s), and site visitors ("Data Principals") for specified and lawful purposes

b. Intended Use of Data: Your data is collected and processed solely for specified, lawful, and legitimate purposes necessary for the functioning of the Platform and provision of its services. These purposes include, but are not limited to, user onboarding and account management, facilitating payments and transactions, providing customer support, personalizing user experience, conducting analytics to improve Platform functionality, ensuring security and fraud prevention, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
